1. Services Provided

We offer professional car window tinting services at our Smethwick location and through mobile visits in select areas across the UK.

2. Booking Policy

No deposit is required to book a service. To cancel or reschedule, customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Warranty

All tint installations include a lifetime warranty covering bubbling, peeling, fading, and cracking under normal conditions.

Warranty does not cover:

Physical damage caused by the customer

Improper maintenance or cleaning

Accidental damage or vandalism

4. Mobile Service Policy

Our mobile tinting service is available in select areas and subject to accessibility, weather, and lighting conditions.

We reserve the right to reschedule if working conditions are not suitable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including —

the design layout, written text, and images

— is the exclusive property of DropShade Tints.

Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use is strictly prohibited

and may result in legal action.
